Arkady Rodinko

In 1979 the 106th (Tula) Air Descent Landing Division led the invasion of Afghanistan.

In Sudden Strike IV, the 106th again leads the way. Veteran airsofter and reenactor Scott Downing, aka Arkady Rodinko, will be the Red Army commander for Sudden Strike IV.

A US Army combat vet of OIF with 26 years of service, he brings a solid background of tactical and operational experience to the field. He has been a member of Whiskey Company out of Austin Texas, and a founding member of the Indiana Mil-Sim Company, IMCO. He is currently assigned to Colorado Springs where he leads the 8th Guards Mechanized Brigade, the largest WWII Red Army re-enacting unit in the USA.
